Lecturers\/staff can apply online in UTMLab system for the chemical twice every year .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">It is advised that applicant plan their application &amp; usage of chemicals, at least 6 month before the chemical are to be used.
