CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT UNIT E-FORM<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Effective June 2019, all staff\/academician that will retire\/leaving UTM are compulsory to declare the chemicals they have. Those chemicals must be formally handover to another responsible staff\/academician that still in service. This form must be submitted to CMU for the record.<\/h3>\n
