  1. To all PTJ Store Officer, the chemicals application form for Semester 2 2015\/2016 must be submitted to us by following the right procedures starting on 31st Dicember 2015 – 7th January 2016.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Please email to us the softcopy of the application. The template required can be download here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Quotation is not needed<\/strong>. Based on the previous transaction, we were able to collect most of the chemicals supplier information.<\/li>\n
  4. All of the applications will be processing\u00a0once we get the latest allocation by the university. (Expecting date: 3rd week of January)<\/li>\n
  5. Any submission after the due date need a further discussion with us. Extension number : 10232.<\/li>\n

    1. Mohon kepada semua pegawai stor bagi setiap PTJ untuk menghantar permohonan Bahan kimia sem II 2015\/2016 mengikut prosedur yang telah ditetapkan bermula \u00a031 Disember 2015 sehingga 7 Januari 2016 <\/strong>\u00a0akan datang ini.<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Sila email permohonan berbentuk softcopy mengikut templete yang di lampirkan bersama.<\/em><\/li>\n
    3. PERMOHONAN kali ini perlu dihantar TANPA<\/b> sebutharga (Quotation) dari mana-mana pembekal memandangkan pihak CMC telah dapat mengumpulkan maklumat \u00a0hampir semua pembekal yang membekalkan bahan kimia kepada UTM.<\/em><\/li>\n
    4. Pihak CMC akan mula memproses pembelian pada minggu ketiga bulan Januari 2016 atau setelah menerima peruntukan pembelian bagi tahun 2016.<\/em><\/li>\n
    5. Permohonan yang dihantar lewat \u00a0diminta \u00a0berhubung terus dengan pihak CMC untuk perbincangan \u00a0di talian 10232\/ 019-7177183.<\/em><\/li>\n
