PROSEDUR SEMENTARA PERKHIDMATAN KAUNTER MAKMAL UIRL BLOK T03 (7 FEB – 21 FEB 2022)
Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera ,
Ekoran dari peningkatan kes Covid 19 di Malaysia dan dalam usaha untuk memutuskan rantaian Covid , pihak Pengurusan Makmal Universiti telah melaksanakan prosedur baharu bagi urusan pelanggan ke Makmal UIRL:
1) Semua Pelajar/Pelanggan hanya perlu berurusan di kaunter UIRL ,PPMU sahaja dengan pematuhan SOP yang ditetapkan TANPA perlu masuk ke dalam makmal.
2) Bagi urusan pembayaran menggunakan Logcard, staf yang bertanggungjawab akan menolak baki Logcard di bahagian kewangan PPMU dan seterusnya keputusan ujian analisis hanya akan di beri kepada pelanggan melalui emel sahaja.
3) Sekiranya ada kes-kes tertentu dan keadaan mendesak yang memerlukan pelajar bersama staf di makmal, pelajar tersebut dikehendaki membuat ujian RTK (dengan bajet sendiri). Hanya keputusan ujian yang negatif sahaja dibenarkan masuk.

TEMPORARY COUNTER SERVICES PROCEDURES ON UIRL COUNTER, BLOCK T03 ( 7 February 2022 untill 21 February 2022. )
Following the increase in Covid 19 cases in Malaysia and in an effort to break the Covid chain, the University Laboratory Management has implemented new procedures for customer dealings to UIRL Laboratories:
1) All Students/Customers only need to deal at the UIRL counter, PPMU only with compliance with the SOP set WITHOUT having to enter the laboratory.
2) For payment using Logcard, the staff in charge will deduct the Logcard balance in the finance department of PPMU and then the results of the analysis test will only be given to the customer via email only.
3) If there are certain cases and urgent situations that require students with staff in the laboratory, the student is required to make the RTK test (with his own budget). Only negative test results are allowed to enter.
