| 2 | Details of Instrument: | The Chirascan qCD (CD 250TM/AP) is used for characterization of biomolecules (secondary structure of proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acid), determination of absolute configuration, and stereo chemical analysis. A primary use is in analysing the structure or conformation of large biological macromolecules, particularly proteins and DNA. The detector is able to measure UV to NIR range 165-900nm. |
