| 2 | Details of Instrument: | The JAI Recycling HPLC, LC 9110II Next is a High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Recycling function for purification and isolation for separation of structurally very close of compounds and getting certain peaks from organic synthesis and natural products. The system/software have panel to control the pump, injector, detector and fraction collector from computer or LCD touch screen panel.
The system with the 20mmID column and 600mm length able to work with organic solvent of chloroform for four columns. The types and exclusion limits of columns as followed.
