| 2 | Details of Instrument: | The PTI QuantaMaster™ 60 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer is a type of multidimensional systems for photoluminescence measurements. The spectrometer system able to measured fluorescence, phosphorescence, steady state, lifetime, TCSPC and fluorescence quantum yield. This system used Xenon illuminator 75 Watts, Xenon Flashlamp, LEDs and Laser Diodes. There are two detectors which are UV-Vis PMT Detector, R928 and NIR PMT detector, R5509. The light source of the sample is able to excite at range from 200nm to 1700nm. The system is able to analyze solid, film, powder and liquid samples. Applications that involve in photoluminescence measurements come mainly from several areas in materials science, such as fiber optics, solar energy conversion, LED technologies, and biomedical analyses. |
