Stylus Surface Profiler BRUKER DEKTAK XT

2. Detail: 

This profiler provide accurate high resolution measurement of surface shape and texture. The measurement stylus with 2 micrometer diameter will run over the surface as the sample move beneath it on the stage. It offer two types of measurement which are to check the stress and also to do 2D mapping.
