| 2 | Details of Instrument: | The Optical Microscope Leica DM6000M is a fully motorized microscope for visualization and imaging of material and biomedical research of liquid, thin film, and solid samples. The temperature range of this system are from -1960C to 4200C. The microscope provide high resolution and sensitivity colour camera for imaging and recording of samples using different measurement modes such as brightfield(BF), Darkfield(DF), Polarisation Contrast(POL), Differential Interference Contrast(DIC) and Fluorescence (FLOU). |
